The apartment is located in the seaside district, in the vicinity of the Świnoujście promenade at Żeromskiego Street. An apartment building with an elevator and a shared garden. The location of the apartment provides close access to a wide range of year-round attractions, and the area is filled with excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs. Attractive location providing access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście - Promenada Świnoujście is located opposite the apartment. The location surrounded by greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Zdrojowy Park 8 minutes from the apartment) and the proximity of the city beach (less than 5 minutes from the apartment) allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście. There are many retail and service outlets in the area that will satisfy all everyday needs - Galeria Promenada, 2 minutes from the apartment.

This newly renovated studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 2 people. The space of the apartment offers a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The living area is equipped with a double bed, which is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. The intimate arrangement of the apartment and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. Parents traveling with children will also find a cot and a high chair for their child in the apartment.
