The apartment is located about 2 km from the city beach and the Promenade of Świnoujście. The Świnoujście Centrum train station is 350 meters from the apartment, and within less than 20 minutes walk there is the Uznam Shopping Center and the Municipal Market. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Chopin Park, 1.3 km from the apartment building) and the proximity of the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.
