New studio apartments are located in the Browar Gdański housing estate, a unique project that harmoniously combines historic buildings with modern architecture of high standard, next to the greenery of Kuźniczki Park with children playground. The fashionable, dynamically developing district of Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, where the past meets modernity, is reminiscent of London suburbs. The dynamic development of the district is conducive to the rise of new shopping malls and business centers investments. One of such investments is shopping center Galeria Metropolia (located 200 m from the estate), which in addition to over 80 stores and exceptional food hall has a large cinema complex and rooftop observation deck. Other two shopping centers are located 10-minute (Galeria Bałtycka) and 15-minute (Centrum Handlowe Manhattan) walk away. Their space has been functionally arranged into a living room with a bed layout of a double bed and a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. The studios attract attention with their newness, comfortable furnishings and welcoming atmosphere created by thoughtfully placed decorative elements that individualize the decor. This hospitality is complemented by comprehensive facilities and amenities such as multimedia (high-speed WiFi and flat-screen TV) and useful household appliances (microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, hair dryer) that contribute to a carefree stay. Guests travelling with car have an option to park on the estate or reserve a parking space in the underground garage (30 PLN/a day).
Please note that this offer covers multiple apartments of the same standard. Each apartment has the same facilities, but may differ in interior finish and décor. Not all apartments are located in the same building.
