The apartment is located in a modern housing estate at Krakowska Street in Wrocław. The proximity of the city center as well as popular tourist attarctions make the apartment perfect for both business and recreation stay. The location is one of the most desirable in Wrocław, because it allows you stay close to nature and at the same time take all the advantages of living in the city. There are mnumerous green areas nearby - an East Park in 15 min walk from the building, an Oława Bay in 16 min walk and Rackowiecki forest in 18 min walk - and at the same time it takes only 9 min by car to reach the city center with umerous tourist attractions, 8 min to reach shopping center Wrocłavia or 6 min to reach Hydropolis museum.There are also several supermarkets in the area Lidl (2.7 km), Auchan (2.6 km) and Kaufland (2.4 km).
There is also a children area near the building and for guests travelling by car is available an assigned parking place in the undergroud garage. In the area you will also find several gas stations and a car rental service.

Guests will have at their disposal a sunny living room with a fold out sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with double bed and one more TV, bedroom with single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities such as iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances - induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and basic cooking utensils, cups, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom offers high-quality equipment, such as a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Guests can also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi.
