The building is located in close proximity to Grunwald Square - only five minutes is enough to be in its range. The beautiful, renovated building perfectly fits into the historical character of the place. The neighborhood is full of various restaurants serving dishes from all over the world, as well as bars, retail and service outlets and shopping centers. The nearest of these (Pasaż Grunwaldzki) is only 400 meters away. It will take only ten minutes to walk to the famous Ostrów Tumski (Cathedral Island). The distance to the heart of Wroclaw's Market Square can be covered in just over twenty minutes, and the Old Town itself is full of monuments, restaurants and various tourist attractions. It will only take twenty minutes to walk to the bustling, especially in the summer, Malt Island and Sand Island. In addition, the area is well connected with the rest of Wroclaw, the nearest bus stop (Reja) is located right next to the building.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The spacious apartment is located on the second floor in a building without elevator access. Its area is as much as 80m2. It can accommodate eight people, so it is an ideal option for a large group or a family traveling together. There are three bedrooms - two bedrooms have two double sofa beds and the third has a large double kingsize bed. Additional accommodation is a double sofa bed located in the living room. The apartment is suitable for those working remotely, with desks along with chairs found in two bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi available in all rooms. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and toaster with which you can prepare a delicious meal for the whole group. An additional convenience is a dishwasher, which will certainly come in handy after a hearty dinner. A dressing room, which is a separate room, is sure to come in handy for stowing all your luggage. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, washing machine, towels and a set of free toiletries. There is no parking space attached to the apartment.
