The apartment is located in the closed and guarded development of Platan Complex, located in the recreational district of Świnoujście at Wojska Polskiego Street. The apartment building is surrounded by a park with planted plane trees, there is also a playroom with a cafe for parents and a large playground in the vicinity. The location of the apartment provides close access to a wide range of attractions all year round. The location in the modern city center, full of the best restaurants, cafes, numerous shops and a shopping center provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. The apartment is located less than 25 minutes from the city beach and Świnoujście Promenade. Świnoujście Centrum train station is 270 meters from the apartment, within a 15-minute walk there is the Usedom Shopping Center and the Municipal Market. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Chopin Park 1 km from the apartment building) and the proximity of the city center make it possible for guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.

The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV is a perfect place to rest and relax, in addition, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. The bedroom space is filled with comfortable double beds and a spacious wardrobe. Pleasant colors of the interior as well as functional space provide the apartment with a homely and cozy atmosphere. The apartment has a sunny balcony equipped with garden furniture (three terrace armchairs and a table). Parents traveling with small children can book a cot and a high chair for their child.
