Families with children will enjoy the nearby Helios water park, which is located in close proximity to the building. Just fifteen minutes away is the Rope Park, which is an ideal option for groups or families. Numerous grocery stores, restaurants and retail and service outlets can be found in the area. Walkers can enjoy the promenade, as well as an extremely scenic viewpoint twenty-five minutes away. The place is well connected - the Ustronie Morskie bus stop is located eight minutes from the apartment.

On sunny days, you can enjoy a cup of coffee brewed in the drip coffee maker on the furnished terrace belonging to the apartment. In addition, a piece of grassy fenced garden is at guests' disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towels and a set of free toiletries. A washing machine will certainly come in handy during longer stays.
