The building is located right next to a park, making it a great place to relax for lovers of greenery and those looking for a quiet neighborhood and an intimate atmosphere. The apartment's proximity to two parks (the Citadel and the Warta River), a basketball court, many playgrounds and Malta will surely appeal to all lovers of physical activity. It is an excellent choice for couples, as well as groups of friends traveling together. The neighborhood has no shortage of public transportation stops, cafes and restaurants - the nearest eateries can be reached in a 4-5 minute walk, as can a grocery store. There are also free public parking spaces in the estate. The charming market square with its beautiful architecture, the tennis court and the shopping center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, while the route to the airport and the bowling alley takes 15-20 minutes. It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the train station and the city's riverside beach. It is also worth noting that the apartment is located in a quiet complex, even though it is not far from the Old Town.

Meals can be prepared in the functionally equipped kitchenette, which has appliances such as a microwave, oven and kettle. There is also a built-in washing machine. In the bedroom stands a large and comfortable double bed along with cabinets. The bathroom contains a shower, a welcome toiletries set, a hairdryer and towels. In the hallway is located a capacious closet ideal for storing the things brought. A crib is also available for guests in the apartment.
