The building is located in a friendly neighborhood that is well connected to the rest of the city - the nearest public transport stops are just a 5-minute walk away. Green enthusiasts can walk to the park in 8 minutes to relax amidst the growing plants and pretty landscapes, do a short or long outdoor workout at the outdoor gym available there, or have a nice time with the kids using the play space. A 3-minute walk is enough to reach the nearby grocery store and stock up on needed groceries. On the other hand, it takes 6 minutes to walk to two nearby restaurants, where you can try delicious dishes and snacks. It takes 12 minutes to reach the city's market square, where numerous souvenir shops and beautiful architecture await visitors. On the other hand, it takes 16 minutes to reach the shopping center by car, and 22-26 minutes to reach the airport and railway station this way.
