DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD:
The building is located at 10 Kopernika Street in Poznan. It is located in close proximity to the Old Market Square and all the attractions that the great city has to offer. Nearby you can find many restaurants serving cuisine from all over the world, bars, grocery stores and retail and service outlets. The neighborhood is vibrant and the historic architecture sets an amazing mood. Only ten minutes is enough to walk to the very center of the Old Market Square and see the famous Poznań Goats. On foot, it takes only twenty minutes to reach the Poznań International Fair, as well as the Poznań Główny train station and the adjacent Avenida shopping mall. The Stary Browar shopping center is an ideal place for big purchases, and the distance to it can be covered on foot in just over five minutes. The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Poznań - the nearest streetcar stop Łąkowa is located just two minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building. It guarantees accommodation for four people, so it is an ideal option for a family or a group traveling together. The interior is elegant and minimalist, and the color scheme is dominated by classic white. Two seats are located in a separate bedroom on a double kingsize bed, and another two in the living room on a double sofa bed. A delicious meal for the whole family can be prepared using the induction cooktop in the annex, as well as a steamer or microwave oven. You shouldn't have to worry about washing dishes either, as the apartment has a dishwasher. You can brew your coffee with a capsule coffee maker, then enjoy it in the dining area (table and three chairs). In addition, a washing machine is located in the living room, just behind a sliding door. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower fittings, a sink and towels. In addition, a set of complimentary toiletries is provided to welcome guests. The apartment is adapted for those working remotely - the living room has a special desk along with a chair, and all rooms can connect to free WiFi. Additional multimedia facilities include two flat-screen TVs, where one is located in the bedroom and the other in the living room. There is no parking space attached to the apartment. Guests traveling with their pets are welcome (additional fee applies).
