The hospitable food venues cater to every gastronomic desire and are the perfect meeting spot for people on any diet, be it vegan or traditional. Despite its central location, the area abounds with areas to relax among nature. In the neighboring Wilson Park there is an exotic Palm House, and the Kaprowicz Park can be reached in 7 minutes. The cultural offer is also easily accessible - the location 400 metres from the Poznań International Fair guarantees proximity to thematic and business meetings. The Arena Performance Hall is 700 metres away. The proximity of bus and streetcar stops allows fast and comfortable access to the city center, including the PKP and PKS stations located less than 2 km away, as well as the connected Avenida shopping mall with over 250 stores and 2 food courts. The fully equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The interior enchants with townhouse appeal, thanks to high ceilings that give it spaciousness and elegant dark wood details. At the same time, modern facilities ensure the high standard of comfort and care-free relaxation. The air conditioning in the living room provides optimal temperature in every weather and season. Multimedia include a flat-screen TV and free access to a Wi-Fi network. Extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment (such as washing machine, dishwasher and ironing equipment) make the apartment self-sufficient and like a second home for our guests. For an easy beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.
